My Doggy Dog - Terms of delivery

From My Doggy Dog, we provide our customers with FREE SHIPPING WITHOUT LIMIT.

Order processing time

Orders are processed within 24-72 hours of receipt. During holiday seasons, processing time may take longer due to the high volume of orders.

Once the order is shipped and received by the carrier, we will provide you with an update with a tracking code that you can use to track your shipment and see the remaining delivery time.

Depending on which fulfillment center your item was shipped from, you will be provided with a tracking number that allows you to track your item 4-7 days after shipment. However, as each item may be shipped from a different fulfillment center around the world, we may sometimes not provide a tracking number for an item. At My Doggy Dog, we have fully insured packages and any missing products will be re-sent free of charge.

Shipping address changes

If you wish to change the shipping address of your order, please contact us by email: support@mydoggydog.com and include your new shipping address. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer change the shipping address.

We try to find the most appropriate shipping method based on the destination. Some items are shipped from warehouses in the USA, while other items will be shipped from warehouses in China.

Delivery time within the USA: 4-15 business days
Delivery time to USA : 14 - 29 business days
Delivery time to other countries: we do not offer delivery to countries other than the United States.
There are circumstances beyond our control (such as customs and security checks, natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, etc.) that may cause a delay or delay in delivery. Although most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our logistics partners may experience. For this reason, we can only provide an estimated delivery date.

Please note that these delivery times may be extended if your order is placed during busier periods, such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.

Delivery restrictions

Unfortunately, we cannot ship your order to a PO Box or military address

Damaged, lost, or missing items during shipment

If you suspect your shipment is lost or missing in transit, please contact us by email: support@mydoggydog.com We can contact the shipping company to investigate the problem.

If your parcel is indeed missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or refund you in full.

If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Returns and refunds

My Doggy Dog will gladly accept returns as long as the request is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item.

The item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened and unused.

To complete the return, you will need to fill out our product problem form to provide us with a description of the problem, a photo or video of the item, and the SKU number.

Shipping costs for returns will be paid by the customer. Once we receive the shipment, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as compensation.
