My Doggy Dog's Return Policy
Right of Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must have purchased one of the items sold on www.mydoggydog.com.
Our return policy is valid for 30 days after receipt of the product. If more than 30 days have passed since you received the product, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
The item being returned must be in the same condition as you received it. It must not have been used and must be sent back in the original packaging. Otherwise, no refund or only a partial refund will be given.
To complete your return, you will need to fill out our product problem form to provide us with a description of the problem, a photo or video of the item, and the SKU number.
To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once we receive your return, we will notify you. The package and its contents will be inspected and we will notify you when the return is approved or rejected within 7 business days.
If the return is approved, we will send you funds equal to the amount of the purchase, by the payment method you used at the time of order.

Several types of merchandise are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact the credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the refund is posted.

Items for sale (if applicable}
Refunds can only be issued for regular-priced items, unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for sale items.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or the gift-giver sent the order to themselves to gift to you later, we will send the refund amount to the gift-giver and they will know about your return.
If the product you have received is damaged or faulty, we can arrange an exchange. If you wish to exchange your items, please email us: email@example.com, and we will provide you with full details of how to exchange.
To return an item, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will provide you with full details of the return method.
Shipping charges for returning products are your responsibility and you must pay them. The shipping costs of your order are non-refundable. If you have paid for shipping in your order, these costs will be deducted from the amount you will be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the replaced product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $50, you should consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
